Dear Praying Friends,

Thank you for praying for us as we make preparations for the move to Chile. Andres and I have been communicating with the Chilean embassy, customs, and shipping agencies, and are finding that all of that process will yet take a minimum of 4 months. We are still trying to coordinate that with the deputation schedule of visiting supporting churches, as well as closing up the house in McAllen. It gets confusing at times, and we need your prayers.

Dear Praying Brethren,
Greetings in our faithful Lord.
We are now Stateside and enjoying the fellowship of the brethren here at Wooster Baptist Temple. Monday morning, we caught a flight to Sao Paulo where we had a 9-hour layover. Daniel – who now works with a Christian publisher an hour and a half away from Sao Paulo – came to spend this time with us. We hadn’t seen him since January, so you can imagine the blessings of our time together.

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ! He alone is God’s appointed Saviour, Redeemer, Mediator, and Advocate!
In the last month, the Lord has blessed us with many open doors and opportunities of ministry. I am thankful for His goodness and faithfulness in opening doors as I know that no man can do that. Our God, alone, must do so!

Dear Friends, May 11, 2010

We still have a number of folks dealing with trials and illness. We are thankful that Pastor German is recovered from his surgery. Our neighbor Paco, (who has worked diligently with the Spurgeon audio sermon project) will finally have his heart surgery this week. The doctors are now talking about changing up to 3 valves, so this will be a high-risk operation. We were able to raise the initial money for this from our Mexican churches and missions.
